Pavo Ease&Excel is a textured sport feed, rich in fibre, formulated specifically for high-performance horses with sensitive stomachs or at risk of gastric ulcers. How it works

Sport horses often suffer from gastric sensitivity due to the combination of intense training, gaps between meals, and starch-rich feed. Ease&Excel addresses this on three fronts: energy from fibre and oil (non-fermentable in the stomach), very low starch (8%) and sugar (6%) content to reduce acidity, and the Protexin In-Feed formula that combines natural acid inhibitors (calcium, magnesium), beta-glucans, gum arabic, prebiotics and probiotics. This combination neutralises stomach acid, protects the mucosa and promotes balanced gut flora. At the same time, it delivers high-biological-value protein for post-effort muscle recovery.

The Protexin In-Feed formula

Protexin is a unique patented blend combining natural acid inhibitors (calcium and magnesium that neutralise stomach acid), beta-glucans and gum arabic (that support digestive mucosa integrity), and prebiotics and probiotics (that promote beneficial bacteria growth in the cecum and large intestine). It is included directly in the Ease&Excel formulation, requiring no additional supplementation.

Feeding management tip

To maximise results, offer at least 1.5% of body weight in forage as dry matter, distributed throughout the day across as many meals as possible. You can mix Ease&Excel with Pavo DailyPlus to slow intake and increase chewing intensity.
