About the Pavo SpeediBeet
Pavo SpeediBeet is a high-quality fiber source that promotes intestinal health. It is composed of unsweetened beet pulp flakes and contains no additives, therefore it also contains no molasses. The flakes are produced using a patented process, allowing the product to soak quickly – 10 minutes. Tasty, convenient and healthy for all horses.
Pavo SpeediBeet contains no starch and only 5% sugar, making it the ideal feed for horses sensitive to sugar and starch.
Pavo SpeediBeet contains immense amounts of pectin, a soluble fiber that is more digestible than the fibers in hay or straw. This beet pulp is therefore a fantastic source of slow-release energy and perfectly suited for horses in intensive work. Pectin has a prebiotic effect, meaning that the fibers support the growth of healthy bacteria in the intestines.
Pavo's SpeediBeet falls into the category of forage substitute and does not contain added vitamins and minerals. If you provide Pavo SpeediBeet only with other forages, it is advisable to supplement with vitamins and minerals, for example, with Pavo DailyFit tablets or Pavo Vital pellets.
**Note:** Pavo SpeediBeet can only be administered after soaking. Keep out of reach of your horses.
Nutrition tips
Since Pavo SpeediBeet contains little sugar and no molasses, some horses may need to get used to the taste. Mix SpeediBeet with their usual concentrate for the first few days or add a small amount of Pavo SlobberMash and gradually reduce the intake.
